Please note that we do not provide refunds. All sales are final.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have received the notification, we will guide you through the exchange process.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you have received an item you did not order, please email us at email@example.com so we can resolve this for you.
